1. What tg is
tg is a technical market-signal tool. It reads publicly available market data, runs mechanical calculations against it, and shows you the results — on this site and over the Model Context Protocol (MCP) endpoint you can connect your own AI client to. tg is beta software, provided as-is and as-available.
2. Not financial advice
Nothing tg produces is financial, investment, legal, or tax advice, and no fiduciary relationship is created by your use of it. Signal output is a technical readout: mechanical criteria applied to market data. "Voiced" reports are labeled perspective pieces, not recommendations. You are responsible for your own financial decisions, including obtaining proper education and consulting licensed financial advisors where appropriate. You alone bear the results of any trade or investment you make.
3. Market data
Market data may be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and past patterns do not predict future results. We make no representation that any data shown is fit for trading decisions. tg is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by TradingView Inc. or any exchange or data provider.
4. Your account
Registration is invite-only during beta. You are responsible for your credentials and for activity under your account. One person per account. We may suspend or close accounts that abuse the service, attempt to circumvent access controls, or burden the platform.
5. Acceptable use
Don't attempt to breach, probe, or overload the service; don't scrape or resell its output as a data feed; don't misrepresent tg output as advice to third parties; don't use the service where doing so is unlawful.
6. Intellectual property
The service, its design, and its output formats are ours or our licensors'. Your data (your watchlists, your acknowledgements) stays yours; you grant us the license needed to operate the service on it and nothing more.
7. Disclaimer of warranties; limitation of liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, KC Stardust, LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, or for any trading or investment losses, arising from your use of the service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of US$50 or the amount you paid us for the service in the twelve months before the claim.
8. Changes and termination
We may change or discontinue the service, and may update these terms; material changes will be posted here with a new version date, and continued use is acceptance. You may stop using the service at any time and may request account deletion.
9. Governing law & contact
These terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of KC Stardust, LLC's organization, without regard to conflict of law rules. Questions: contact the operator through the site.
